Q - How long will it take to dispatch the order?
A - It will take usually 1-3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
Q - How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A - It will usually take 7-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on shipping address and shipping method. During peak holiday times, there may be additional delay on shipments. If your order isn't received after 6 weeks, please contact us at disconstore2022@outlook.com and we will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.
Q - Do you ship Worldwide?
A - We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Q - Is shipping FREE?
A - We are able to offer FREE shipping once your order is over $49.99.
Q - How do I track my order?
A - After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our team. You can track your order here. If you have any questions about tracking, shoot us an email and we will get back to you.
Q - How can I pay?
A - We accept PayPal. With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online. What's more, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.
Q - Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A - You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data!
Q - Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A - For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. HolaPaws cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Q - Can I cancel my order?
A - You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! As long as it is cancelled before it was processed.
Q - What if I typed the wrong shipping address?
A - If you used the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once you place your order you have 12 hours to let us know of any corrections. If your order has already been dispatched it may be too late to change!
